  • Final Exam

    Date, Time: Wednesday, December 21st, 12pm - 1:50pm
    Place: ME 320

    The Final Exam consists of two parts.
    During the first part you can use your notes, textbook, and only lecture slides and everything you can find on our website only.
    During the second part you can use your notes, textbook, lecture slides and everything you can find on our website, and Visual Studio C++ editor or an online C++ compiler.

    To prepare for the Final Exam:
    0) We had two review meetings: on December 12th and December 14th. The questions are available on the Notices page, but no answers/solutions provided. They were given during the class meeting.
    1) Review the preparation for the Midterm Exam
    2) Review all the quizzes since Midterm Exam
    3) Go over all suggested exercises, homeworks, in-class examples and lecture slides
    4) Use this final exam study guide (revised as of December 9th)

  • Midterm Exam

    Date, Place and Time: Wednesday, October 19th

    The exam is closed book and closed notes. You are allowed to use the Visual Studio C++ compliter installed on machines in class, but you are not allowed to use search engines, nor any other programs.
    You can use one cheat sheet, letter size, both sides.

    Midterm Exam covers Chapters 1-8

    To prepare for the Midterm Exam:
    1) Review all quizzes
    2) Review all suggested exercises (those Self-Review exercises at the end of each chapter and the additional ones I gave you)
    3) Use this midterm study guide which has items 1) and 2) re-iterated in it. Answers to questions are at the end of the document.
